Anderby Creek is one of the small number of places on the Lincolnshire Coast that isn’t filled with Arcades and noisy tourist attractions and can offer a peaceful retreat. However for young families it is well situated between the sea side resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe that can offer funfairs and attractions. In addition, the Lincolnshire Wolds are only a few miles away.

In recent years new nature reserves have been established to improve the habitat
especially for birds. New bird hides have been created and there are many walks, public footpaths nearby.

The village has 2 local pubs, Popas’ Bar and the Creek Tavern, both serving food and fine beers. There is a cafe located near to the promenade. There is the cloud bar located on the promenade and a bird hide a 100 m away. Bingo is played in the village throughout the year.
