Lakeside Lodge is a wooden bungalow that sleeps 4, comprising of one double and two single bedrooms, including a new kitchen with all modern appliances and bathroom with walk-in shower. Situated on the edge of a peaceful fishing lake, Lakeside Lodge gives you the chance to fully recuperate during your stay. Unwind in the garden and watch the wide variety of bird life on and around the lake and for those that like to start the day early the beach is only a stones throw away where the rising sun over the horizon is something not to be missed!
Please note fishing is not permitted from the garden of the property, but day fishing is available on the other side of the bank only a 10-minute walk away.
This includes:
- All bedding and towels
- Hand soap and washing up liquid
- Toilet rolls
- Salt, pepper and other condiments
- Tea towels and dishcloths
- Arrival pack including tea, coffee milk and sugar
Availability
Payment
To make a booking a non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required.
Confirmation will be provided once the deposit has been received. Payment can be by BACS or by cheque. We request that the balance be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled after this the balance will only be refunded if the requested dates can be reallocated.
Arrival and Departure
Guest are requested to leave by 10.00am and availability for guest arriving is 1600 hrs.
Access
Access to Lakeside Lodge is by key press located by the side door. The code will be provided once the balance has been paid.
Pets
Pets are allowed in Lakeside Lodge depending on the type and number. If you wish to bring pets please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Smoking
Lakeside Lodge is a non smoking holiday let.
Facilities
Lakeside Lodge has a fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine and a laundrette is located in the village. Timings for the laundrette are incorporated in the welcome pack. All crockery and cutlery are provided.
The TV has a built in DVD, Freeview and Netflix. Some DVDs and books are provided. The garden has garden furniture. The shower room is located between to the 2 single bedrooms which both have double beds.
